Under the Title of Administrative Assistant, You can apply for the following:
Event Planner: Design, coordinate, and execute our upcoming community programs, special events, and activities.
Virtual Team Member: Provide remote digital support, assist with online coordination, and collaborate seamlessly from anywhere.
Camper Support Staff: Work directly with participants, ensure safety, and guide campers through active, engaging programming.
Other positions available:
Club and League Support: Manage schedules, coordinate with teams, and handle the logistics for our sports clubs and local leagues.
Coach / Assistant Coach: Lead active sessions, teach foundational skills, and provide direct mentorship and guidance to participants.
Field Support
These gifted support staff work alongside the field staff helping to coordinate ministry events and activities from a clerical and administrative role. MINISTERIAL DUTIES
These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. FCA expects all functions and responsibilities outlined below to be carried out with a heart surrendered to serving God as a form of worship.

- Follow a spiritual rhythm including daily prayer and Bible study to seek the Lord's will for FCA.
- Lead, conduct and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example so they are equipped to serve others.
- Connect to and participate in a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that affirms biblical standards of conduct in accordance with FCA's Christian beliefs (see FCA's Christian Community Statement) at all times.
Area Director
The Area Director is responsible for growing FCA by praying and staffing the area through Ministry, Talent, Donor and Board Advancement. The Area Director works with staff and volunteers to fund and steward the finances of the ministry.
MINISTRY ADVANCEMENT
- Engage, equip, and empower coaches and athletes by ministering through 1-on-1s, Huddles and Events.
- Train and equip staff and volunteers to empower coaches and athletes to be disciples who make disciples in the Sports Environments.
TALENT ADVANCEMENT
- Oversee recruiting, training and developing effective and diverse volunteers who lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
- Recruit: Actively attract and recruit highly qualified volunteers to the Sports Environments.
- Train: Provide tools, resources and training to develop volunteers' skills and increase their capacity and competence to effectively execute their responsibilities.
- Develop: Prepare volunteers in their roles and responsibilities by helping them grow spiritually and personally.
DONOR ADVANCEMENT
- Connect, communicate, and care for existing and prospective financial partners to get fully funded.
- Manage and steward the finances for the assigned area of responsibility.

Area Representative
The Area Representative serves a local geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission.
Job Description
The Representative works with the Directors to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environments, the Representative ensures there is a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Representative is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.

Area Representative - Virtual
The Area Representative serves a local virtual geographic area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission.
Additional Details
Location & Work Arrangement
This position may be based anywhere in Arizona. The individual will serve as an FCA Representative in a ministry role, with responsibilities as outlined in the full job description.
This role is designed to support and serve FCA Huddles and ministry opportunities in areas of Arizona that are not currently located near existing FCA staff. The position will primarily work remotely, using virtual communication and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, email, and other FCA-approved platforms to connect with and support coaches, athletes, volunteers, and ministry leaders across the state.
Ambassador
The Ambassador role serves a narrowly defined local area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches, athletes and volunteers to fulfill FCA’s mission on a very limited, part-time basis.

The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples.

Clubs and Leagues
Club and League sports are off-campus sports for coaches and athletes who aspire to reach expert levels and make significant financial, travel, and time investments. FCA Sports Clubs, directed by FCA staff, create catalytic discipleship experiences for coaches and athletes.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of four new roles within FCA Sports effective September 1, 2025:
- Director of Leagues

These new positions represent a bold step forward in our vision to see coaches, athletes and parents engaged, equipped and empowered through every level of sport. By investing in dedicated leaders for Leagues and Clubs, we are creating fresh opportunities to expand participation, deepen discipleship and build sustainable systems for long-term growth.
These roles will provide the vision, oversight and leadership needed to grow these environments at scale—hiring staff, raising funds, developing coaches, engaging families and building strong donor, board and church partnerships. They will focus on day-to-day operations, ensuring every detail—from registrations to coaches training and player development to facilities—runs with excellence, while keeping Christ at the center of each interaction with athletes and families.
Together, these roles will:
- Multiply the number of Leagues and Clubs across the country.
- Equip and disciple coaches, athletes and volunteers to be disciples who make disciples through huddles.
- Strengthen ties with local churches to extend ministry impact beyond the season.
- Build sustainable donor and leadership pipelines for the future.
The Director of League and Director of Club roles are positioned at the Director level within our organizational structure, while the Program Director of League and Program Director of Club roles are positioned at the Representative level.
Job Description
The Internship experience is designed to develop student athletes in discerning their calling and career while introducing them to various aspects of ministry through FCA. FCA Interns are collegiate volunteers who engage through FCA in a learning and developmental ministry experience during a summer or a semester. Interns who are serving through FCA are not employees and do not receive compensation by the hour or for production of their work. Interns serving with FCA may receive a nominal stipend for living related expenses during the course of the internship.These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry. - To start volunteering, begin the Volunteer Impact Portal (VIP) onboarding journey. Complete the Registration step, which includes personal info, references, parental consent (if applicable), CCS/SOF responses, spiritual profile questions, waivers, and a background check for adults
- After registration, you’ll move to the Active checkpoint, where you should finish the required Child Abuse Prevention training and, if applying for a ministry‑leader role, the E3 Overview course 3
