Eric is a physical therapist who keeps active adults and athletes healthy by finding solutions to their problems, after an injury or surgery, so they can live their lives with purpose.
He was first introduced to physical therapy as an injured youth athlete, in hopes of returning to competitive basketball. After dealing with his own severe health issues as a young adult, and when as a college basketball player suffering an injury requiring a major surgery, physical therapy changed his outlook on keeping active and healthy. After that, he switched majors and never looked back. He received his B.S in Kinesiology from San Jose State University and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Duke University. He then completed an orthopedic residency at Mercer University. He is an Orthopedic Certified Clinical Specialist, completed training in dry needling from Mercer University, and is certified in spinal manipulation from the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.In Eric's free time he plays golf, travels with his wife, Rosemary, coaches boys' basketball at Campo Verde High School, and serves as Chairman of the Board for East Valley Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
